NPP Can Win More Votes If They Recognize The Good Works Of NDC

Inasmuch as NPP MPs do not side with government for political reasons, nothing stops them from acknowledging the inexorable effort put in by government to strengthen our economy - Hon. James Klutse Avedzi. Opposition members, who constitute the minority in parliament, are yet to say anything positive about the 2014 budget statement which was delivered by the minister of Finance and Economic Planning, Seth Terkper. Moments after the budget was read, the minority leader, Hon. Osei Kyei Mensah-Bonsu stated that the budget was a deceptive one. According to him, the 2014 budget has brought to fore that government uses a little over 50 percent to pay public sector workers. But the Member of Parliament for Ketu North, Hon. James Klutse Avedzi, believes the attitude of his minority counterparts is unnecessary and uncalled for. The NDC MP stated on OKAY FM that inasmuch as NPP MPs do not side with government for political reasons, nothing stops them from acknowledging the inexorable effort put in by government to strengthen our economy. He indicated that should the NPP MPs begin praising government for the good works done, it could go a long way to win votes for them (NPP) since voters would see them as an objective political party.
