Ghana coach Maxwell Konadu says he expects the home-based national team to carry their strong performance against Sierra Leone into the next match of the GoTV Wafu Cup.
Having come from a goal down to win 4-1 against the Lone Stars on Thursday in the opening Group A fixture of the eight-nation competition, Konadu expects his side to maintain the approach they adopted in the second half which produced three goals after ending the opening half a goal apiece.
Ghana are now top of the standing in the group with a second game to come against Benin on Saturday at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.
"I think what you saw in the second half is just a glimpse of how we want to play our game," Konadu said in a post-game conference on Thursday.
"I think our game plan is to win balls and go on the counter. In the near future, I hope we can be playing like we did in the second half."
Ghana are now two points clear at the top after their next opponents, Benin drew 2-2 with Burkina Faso in the other group game.
Winners of the two groups will progress to the final while the second placed team in each group will vie for third position.
