Prudential Bank Opens East Legon Branch

Prudential Bank Limited (PBL) has inaugurated its East Legon branch offices with a call on the management and staff to appreciate customers needs and respond to them more effectively and efficiently. Addressing guests and staff at an opening ceremony held at the new branch at American House, East Legon, the Deputy Managing Director in charge of banking operations, Mrs Mary Brown, advised the employees of the bank to, Offer service that makes the customer feel special. That would make them want to come back and do more business with us and also recommend PBL to others, she added. She said the call for maximum customer satisfaction was in line with the banks values and customer promise, which was aimed at offering clients the best and most rewarding banking services to ensure that they always left the bank fulfilled. According to Mrs Brown, the bank had rolled out several products and services in recent times to exceed customers expectations. These include, improved internet banking through its netWise service; special attention to small and medium scale enterprises, free cash collection and free business advisory services, as well as special banking packages for students. The Deputy Managing Director, Finance, Administration and Credit Administration, Mr Joseph Okine-Afrane also reminded the staff that, with the proliferation of financial institutions in the country, Customers now have alternatives so please treat them very well and let them leave the bank satisfied. The Minister in charge of the Trinity Methodist Church, Madina, The Very Reverend Helena Opoku-Sarkodie, who was a special guest at the inauguration, charged the management and staff of the bank to be creative and simplify business procedures in order to make banking more attractive to the unlettered and ordinary people. There should be no sense of complacency as your business continues to grow because there is a big competition out there, she reminded the bank officials. The Managing Director of the bank, Mr Stephen Sekyere Abankwa, cut the tape to formally open the East Legon branch, bringing the number of PBLs outlets to 33 and two agency offices in Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi, Cape Coast, Techiman and Tamale.
