Suntreso Government Hospital Records Low Maternal Deaths
The Suntreso government hospital in Kumasi recorded two maternal deaths for 2013 out of 2,335 deliveries.
241 of the deliveries were through caesarean section.
The medical superintendent of the hospital, Dr Kwabena Opoku Adusei disclosed this at the end of year get together and Awards ceremony in Kumasi.
