Ishmeal Yartey Undergoes Rehab In Cyprus

The Ghanaian will have his rehabilitation in Cyprus with supervision from the medical team of his Switzerland club as they help him gain full fitness for the rest of the term. Ghana international Ishmael Yartey will have his rehabilitation in Cyprus under the supervision of FC Sion�s medical team. The club has confirmed that Yartey is suffering from a meniscus cyst injury but will be with the team from January 15-26 in their training camp in the Mediterranean Island where he will be placed on special treatment and training. According to the club, the former Ghana Under-17 winger should be fit for the start of the championship on February 2 at Letzigrund against FC Zurich. Yartey moved from French side Sochaux during the summer and has so far been one of the club's best players this season.
