President Mahama Eulogises Former Headmistress

The family of a former headmistress of the Achimota Primary School Grace, Williams-Baffoe, on Tuesday called on President John Mahama to inform him of her death and funeral arrangements. President Mahama, a former pupil of the late Grace Williams-Baffoe, said she contributed immensely to the training of many young people who are currently in responsible positions. He also recounted some of his experiences with the former Headmistress, emphasising her wise counselling and guidance, which he observed, has contributed to who he is today. President Mahama disclosed that the late Grace Williams-Baffoe is the house mistress he referred to in his book, �My first coup d��tat and other true stories from the lost decades of Africa�. The late Grace Williams�Baffoe died at the age of 85 and will be buried on Saturday January 18 at the Osu cemetery.
