The sensational afro-pop singer and actress, Diamond Appiah, who has carved a niche for herself in the music industry in Ghana yesterday, denied rumours that female celebrities are sex addicts. The sexy singer told 'Beatwaves' in an interview that �it is not true we female celebrities are sex addicts as being speculated. We are responsible people with partners and don�t mess around. I personally I don�t discuss my sex life with friends and colleagues. I am a human being and do have sex with my partner. I and my colleagues are not addicted to sex.� When Diamond was asked how often she has sex, he reply was: �Personally I don�t discuss my sex life. To be honest with you sometimes I have sex once a day but it will depend on the mood. I don�t have sex every day as you may think but sometimes once a day when my partner is around.� When asked whether she was one of the celebrities who like to date rich guys in order to live a comfortable life, Diamond, in her response, said �every woman in the Ghanaian society wants to date a rich and successful man because they want to be comfortable in life. The sexy music icon who most men would love to have as a wife said she had strived hard to reach the top and was very proud to release her hit single titled �Fylla In Town�. Diamond Appiah, who broke her virginity at the age of 18 during her school days, said �My new album is ready to be outdoored later this year. It has been equipped with good danceable rhythms and beats�. She stressed that she had worked tirelessly on her current album which has all the qualities to meet the demand of music lovers in Ghana and beyond and would make an impact on the lives of myriad music lovers. The sexy singer said she is very happy about her progress in the music industry so far, and would continue to work tirelessly to maintain her image on the music scene. She recently visited Nigeria to shoot some movies. �Shooting my movie in Nigeria is the best decision I took because Nigeria has the best personalities with professional skills and I�m happy working with them.� She disclosed that she decided to relocate to Nigeria to shoot her upcoming movies and also work on her new singles which would be released this year. I always want to appear unique on event grounds and on stage on order to attract my fans as well as my colleagues, she added.
