Crystal Palace To Loan Ghanas Hiram Boateng

The young striker of Ghanaian parentage could be farmed out to gain more first team game time after a remarkable output against West Brom in the FA Cup. Crystal Palace Academy Director Gary Issott has suggested a loan move for English-born Ghanaian teenager Hiram Kwarteng Boateng. He said Boateng will earn more playing time when he is farmed out after excelling with the senior team against West Bromwich Albion in the FA Cup a fortnight ago. Iscott believes if the 18-year-old cannot force his way into Tony Pulis first team on a regular basis, Palace will look to send him out on loan to a Football League club. Its great that the manager gave him the opportunity to play in the FA Cup, Issott told the Advertiser. It was a good experience for him and hes played in a team that has won on the day. I think the next step for Hiram now is to get some league action, potentially on loan if he cant break into the first team in the next four to five months. The young midfielder is eligible to play for both Ghana and England.
