The Vice-President, Kwesi Amissah-Arthur on Thursday joined his Nigerian colleague, Mohammed Samobo and the Prime Minister of Cote d Ivoire, Daniel Duncan Kablan at the opening ceremony of the International Forum for Investments.
In his opening address, Mr Kablan said budgetary constraints are undermining the ability of governments in the sub-region to meet the rising expectations of the people.
