A woman by name Ajara, is being investigated on accusations that she attempted poisoning her daughter�s family of seven Thursday morning with a substance suspected to be DDT.
Ajara, believed to be in her 60s reportedly disagreed with her daughter�s marriage to her current husband.
The couple has five children and live in the same neighborhood with Ajara who has reportedly threatened the life of her son in-law on so many occasions.
The son in-law whose name is being withheld told XYZ News in an exclusive interview that they woke up Thursday to find their main source of water laced with the chemical.
The incident has since been reported to the criminal investigative department of the Hong Kong Police Station in Accra.
