A 50 year old man who claimed to be lawyer of the national security apparatus is in the grips of the Airport Police.
He was arrested for allegedly supervising the demolishing of a civilian property in Airport East on the Spintex road.
Owner of the building, Abdul Majeed Iddrisu in an interview with Citi News accused the Airport Police of failing to process the suspect for court after 48 hours of his arrest.
He served notice of petitioning the Chief Director of the Criminal Investigations Division of the police service to take up the matter.
Abdul Majeed said every legitimate means will be adopted to secure justice in the matter.
