The second conference of Regional Ministers has ended at Busua in the Ahanta west district of the Western Region. In a communiqu�, the conference among other things recommended the speedy restructuring of the Ghana Youth Employment and Entrepreneurial Development Agency, GYEEDA, and the definition of clear cut responsibilities for the Regional Co-ordination Councils and Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies in the Agency to reflect their coordinating, monitoring and evaluating roles.
