Delta Air Lines says all Delta BusinessElite passengers and Elite card members will now have access to the new Sanbra Priority Lounge which has just opened at Accra�s Kotoka International Airport. The Sanbra Priority Lounge is positioned next to Delta airport gates, number three and four, and provides customers with a luxury lounge experience prior to their Delta flight to New York-JFK or Liberia. The lounge has a capacity for 108 people with leather seating, free Wi-Fi, complimentary snacks and a wide variety of soft and alcoholic drinks, as well as televisions and shower facilities. �Delta is committed to providing a first class travel experience for our Ghanaian passengers in the air and on the ground,� Mr Perry Cantarutti, Delta�s Senior Vice President, Europe, Middle East and Africa, said in a release issued in Accra. �The new lounge experience, plus Delta�s full flat-bed business class seats onboard ensures that our business class passengers will have a relaxing experience all the way between Accra and the United States,� he added. On his part Mr Michel Saouda, CEO of Sanbra Priority Lounge said �We�re delighted to be part of the Delta Air Lines business class travel experience,� adding that �Our dedicated team will ensure that passengers receive the best possible service.� Customers flying in BusinessElite on Delta flights between Accra and New York-JFK now enjoy forward-facing seats that convert to a 180-degree fully flat-bed and offer direct aisle access in a 1x2x1 configuration. All feature a 10.6� individual screen and a broad range of on demand entertainment in addition to 110v AC power source and USB port. In addition Delta has also invested in its economy class with seats that provide additional legroom, adjustable headrests, personal in-seat entertainment screens with over 350 films, 250 TV shows, 100 hours of HBO, 4,500 songs and 30 games as well as USB power at each seat. Delta has operated service to Ghana since December 2006 and now operates service to five African cities in five countries. Delta has grown from 22 weekly departures to and from Africa in December 2006 to more than 50 planned for summer 2014. Through the hubs in Atlanta and New York-JFK, Delta offers an unsurpassed network of hundreds of convenient onward connections.
