The first ever summit for leading Christian entrepreneurs and business leaders in Ghana is set to take place at the African Regent Hotel in Accra on Saturday, March 29, 2014 at 10:00am. The event dubbed, Spiritpreneurship (spiritual entrepreneurship) will assemble chief executive officers, managing directors, aspiring entrepreneurs, youth leaders, ministers of the gospel, gospel musicians as well as individuals who sense the calling of God to go into business. The event promises an opportunity to network with key Christian entrepreneurs and business leaders as well as creating exposure to groundbreaking business ideas and concepts by key note speakers. Delegates would also discover bible-based secrets to entrepreneurship excellence and timeless secrets to successful spiritual entrepreneurship with an opportunity to catch the anointing that will propel their brand globally. Themed, Creating Wealth to Build Gods Kingdom, Spiritpreneurship 2014 takes inspiration from Deuteronomy 8:18 which says But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day. Guest Speakers would therefore address delegates along this theme whilst focusing on specific issues influencing the Christian in his/her pursuit of entrepreneurial and corporate excellence. The event promises a perfect learning environment for those who have been called into the field of business and entrepreneurship. SpiritPreneurship 2014 is being organized by Kharis Media Ltd, publishers of Kharis Magazine, Ghanas Award winning Premier Christian Magazine. According to Randy Osae Bediako, CEO of Kharis Media Ltd. and Founder of the Spiritpreneurship Summit, "Spiritpreneurship embodies synthesizing spirituality with the art of creating wealth. We believe that making money should not be separated from living a spiritual life. Randy says, Entrepreneurship can be an effective vehicle not only to meet our own needs and that of shareholders but as a means of underwriting the preaching of the gospel. He adds that Kharis Media Ltd is convinced that God is raising a new breed of entrepreneurs and corporate executives and empowering them to create substantial wealth through entrepreneurship. This new breed sees wealth, not as an end to be sought after, but as a tool to do the work of God and promote the agenda of Jesus Christ in the market place. We believe that it is time for believers to look at their businesses not just as vehicles to fund the gospel but also to represent Christ in the market place; being in business should be looked upon as the ultimate means to maximize ones potential as Gods servant.
