Minority In Parliament Concerned About Conduct Of Proceedings

The Minority in parliament has expressed concern over how the business of the house is conducted. It said over the past one year, the majority has muzzled the minority to always have their way. Speaking to Radio Ghana, Deputy Minority leader, Dominic Ntiwul cited some motions by the minority that the speaker of parliament has deliberately failed to admit. But the majority in parliament has denied the allegations levelled against it. Deputy majority leader Alfred Agbesi says it is the prerogative of the speaker to either accept or reject motions.
