The Reverend Frank Anku, Pastor in charge of the Ho SSNIT Flats branch of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Ghana has observed that Easter is a reminder to humanity that redemption is available at all times.
�Irrespective of who you are, and what you have done, you are not above repair,� he said.
Rev Anku was delivering the sermon in Ho to mark the crucifixion of Jesus Christ on Friday.
He said Christ death is an atonement of humanity�s sinfulness.
Rev Anku said Jesus had suffered mocking, beating, rejection, false accusation and crucifixion, to redeem the sins of humanity.
He warned that the opportunity of cleansing offered by the death on the cross by Jesus did not mean people should continue to sin with an eye on Christ�s perpetual offer of redemption.
