Miley Cyrus has led the congratulatory messages to rapper Lil Kim, who gave birth to a healthy baby girl yesterday named Royal Reign.
The 39-year-old and her rapper boyfriend Mr. Papers welcomed their daughter on Monday, after the star gave birth at Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey at 9:58am, with the tot weighing in at 6lbs., 5 oz.
