T. B. Joshua Donates To The Elderly In Muslim Communities

The founder of the Synagogue, Church of All Nations (SCOAN) Prophet T.B. Joshua together with Emmanuel Partners, donated thousand bags of top-quality Rice, thousand Bottles of cooking oil, and an amount of 20,000GH CEDIS to the Muslim community in the Ayawaso constituency as part of their humanitarian project. The life-touching ceremony which took place over the weekend at the Kawukudi park, near Mamobi, was tailored to suit the vulnerable, such as the physically challenged, the needy and the aged. It attracted a massive attendance of people with disabilities such as blindness, difficulty in walking, as well as the aged and needy from Nima, Mamobi, Kotobabi, Accra New Town and its environs who wanted a share from the generous donation. At the donation ceremony, the acting P.R.O of SCOAN Evangelist Samuel Excellence conveyed a message from the man of God Prophet T.B. Joshua to the gathering. He said, Although Prophet T.B. Joshua is not physically present, he loves and feels what we feel, just as Jesus feels what we feel. We are one anothers strength; you are because I am and I am because you are. The rich must support the poor with all their substance and the strong must strengthen the weak with their ability. A time to give is a time to show remorse, not a time to show off. He continued by saying that, Giving offers us the opportunity to reshape our destiny. Love your neighbour as yourself. Your neighbour could be your friend, enemy or those who do not share the same faith with you; love them all! A Christian is known by his love. If we say we are Christians, all our concerns, aspirations and hearts desires should be subject to the gospel through giving, knowing that we lose nothing by doing that which pleases God. Hence, Let Love Lead, he concluded. Evangelist Excellence noted that the man of God Prophet T.B. Joshua has over the years touched societies in Ghana such as the School for the Blind, the Psychiatric Hospital, Help Age Ghana, the Prisons and other remote villages in Ghana with his benevolence, and expressed his sincere gratitude on behalf of the man of God (Prophet T.B. JOSHUA) to the beneficiaries for receiving the gifts. Receiving the donation, the chairman of Ayawaso committee of Muslim Chiefs, Chief Baba Issah thanked Prophet T.B. Joshua and the Emmanuel TV Partners for the love shown to his people and like Oliver Twist, asked for more. The recipients were full of joy and expressed their appreciation to the man of God and the Emmanuel TV partners as they carried their gifts back home. About eight of the elderly ones with ages ranging from 75 to 113 years who could not make it to the Kawukudi Park because they are bed-ridden, were visited at their various homes with their gifts and a message of hope from the man of God.
