Nana Addo Is Being Hypocritical- Sam George

A member of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), Samuel George has described as hypocritical comments made by two time flagbearer of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Akufo Addo. The 2012 presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Nana Addo on Tuesday, during the launch of his campaign, described the Better Ghana mantra of the NDC as an empty and cynical slogan. According to him, There can be no better Ghana when higher taxes, high utility prices, high fuel prices low sales are killing businesses up and down the country, when our young people cant find jobs, when the government has lost touch with the people and dances to the tune of yentie obiaa He has therefore promised to lead the NPP in ensuring that Ghana is rescued from the clueless, incompetent hands of the NDC Speaking in an interview on Metro TV, Samuel George said there is no way such comments will shake the foundation of the Mahama led administration. According to him, President Mahama is working assiduously to improve conditions in the country, hence they are not worried. This will not perturb the Mahama Administration. The Mahama Administration is focused on restructuring the economy of this country. Nana Addo was in this country when the fundamentals of this economy went very bad. If Nana Addo really understood government, he will realise that governance is not an eighteen month cycle. It doesnt take 18 months to solve the problems that have been created for 30 years... Nana Addo is just being hypocriticalthe mark of a government is its capabilities to fix the problem. There is no government that wont face any problem even the Vatican does face problems. The mark of a social government is its ability to be able to fix the problemthat is the Mahama administration.
