We Will Invoke The Wrath Of Sↄnsↄnhyↄn On The AG If She Fails To Recover The GH51.2m From Woyome - CAF

The leadership of Citizens Awake Forum wishes to commend Citizen Vigilante and the Supreme Court judges for following due processes in administering justice unto the people of Ghana in connection with payment of unconstitutional judgment debt. However, as tax payers, CAF finds it rather funny and interesting that the Attorney General is the one to chase Woyome instead of Mr. Martin Amidu who inspite of all the difficulties won the case for the people of Ghana. Honestly, the verdict by the Supreme Court ordering Woyome to refund the GH51.2 million completely undermines the trust and confidence Ghanaians have in the government of the day. Are we not in this country when the Supreme Court in a unanimous decision ruled against Isofoton SA to refund $325,472 paid as judgment debt by the state as well as interest accrued from the year the payment was done? If we recall, in another judgment debt of 40 million which was unconstitutional paid to Waterville, Justice Dotseruled in favor of Martin Amidu and describe Waterville holdings and Woyome as individuals who appeared to have entered into an alliance to create, loot and share the resources of this country as if a brigade had been set up for such an enterprise. The question is, has the Attorney General been able to recover these huge sums of monies from the individuals who earned these dubious judgment debts? The answer is a big NO. Those monies are still hanging in there. Meanwhile, comrades, the monies used for payment of judgment debt are taxes from the ordinary Ghanaian as result of doing business. Ghanaians are not fools. The Attorney General cannot put Ghanaians into a state of illusions that they are chasing Woyome for the GH51.2 million. Inasmuch as, they have failed in recovering judgment debts from ISOFOTON SA and WATERVILLE HOLDINGS, the leadership of CAF finds the Attorney General impotent to recover the 51.2 million from Woyome. In view of this, we dare the Attorney General to prove us wrong by recovering the money or FACES THE WRATH OF SↄNSↄNHYↄN IF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL FAILS TO DO SO Long live CAF! Long Ghana!
