When You Club One Another, Dont Go Beyond Your Party Headquarters Agbenyo Warns NPP

A member of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), Fred Agbenyo has warned the opposition New Patriotic Party not to visit its misery on innocent Ghanaians. According to him, if the New Patriotic Party has failed to put its house in order; they should not vent their spleen on the citizenry by their actions. Speaking on Peace FMs Morning Show "Kokrokoo", Fred Agbenyo alluded to possible implosion of the NPP. He cited certain scenarios such as the supporters fighting till the last drop of their blood at the party's headquarters a couple of months ago and the recent internal conflicts within the NPP to support his assertions. Commenting on the internal strife among the leadership of the party, Fred Agbenyo labeled the NPP as "Afoko/Agyei Company Limited." He ridiculed the NPP for acting according to the dictates of the party's National Chairman, Paul Afoko and General Secretary, Kwabena Agyei Agyapong. To him, the General Secretary instead of running a party has rather assumed the role of "Director of the Company" and both leaders are only championing the cause of the company. He therefore expressed doubts about the leadership abilities of the NPP and so, wondered if they could indeed relieve Ghanaians from the economic challenges when voted into power. If you cannot manage a simple small company like this but claim you can manage Ghana, Ghanaians are watching youWhat we only pleading with you is when you take clubs to smash one another, dont extend it beyond your territory. It should be limited to just your area so other innocent Ghanaians will not be affected, Fred Agbenyo stated.
