NPP Guru Predicts 90% Landslide Victory For Nana Addo @ Special Delegates Election

The New Patriotic Party [NPPs] Special Delegates Congress which will prune down the number of qualified aspirants from seven [7] to five [5] on 31st August, 2014 is going to be very revealing. Without looking through a crystal ball or conducting a scientific research, many are predicting an overwhelming delegates vote for the partys two-time presidential candidate, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo - Addo. Although there are six other contestants vying for the flagbearership position of the party, majority of the party membership across the country have shown that the best way to win the 2016 election is to uphold the man whose conduct in the party and Ghana is clear, visionary, committed, ready, willing, capable and with an urgency of purpose to build the country for the prosperity of all. The show of support given to Nana Akufo-Addo has been tremendous, according to an NPP stalwart resulting in several Members of Parliament [MPs], regional and constituency executives offering him their vote. In an interview with Peacefmonlone.com, NPPs past National Vice Chairman aspirant, Fred AmankwahSarfo believes despite the recent happening in the party, Nana Addo who has been accused of masterminding internal wrangling within the party by Dr Arthur Kobina Kennedy, will secure 90% at the Special Delegate Election [SDE]. According to him, the encouragement and public display of support for the leadership of Nana Akufo Addo is therefore clear, the decision to vote for him at the 31st August 2014 delegates congress is even more clearer. a 90% victory awaits the man of peace and vision to lead the NPP in the 2016 elections. Let's all swim with the tides and join the winning team. Each of the other aspirants, especially Mr. Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanten have also worked creditably to the development of the party and fit the bill to lead the NPP as a flagbearer. But to win the 2016 elections, Akufo Addo is our best chance. The NPP stalwart further counseled that Let our aspirations be in tandem with the advancement of the party which we have all put our efforts, resources and time to develop. Ghanaians are looking up to us [NPP] to help salvage the economic mess, massive corruption, social decadence and leadership paralysis which is engulfing the President John Dramani Mahamas NDC government. As the party readies itself for the special voting, some skirmishes likely to mar the beauty of democracy, peace and unity of purpose in the party have been recorded. Fortunately all well-meaning members of the party have come out to condemn it. The partys National Council of Elders have met and issued a statement calling for calm. We appreciate the quick response to the crisis by President Kufour, Nana Akufo - Addo, Mr. Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanten and all other members of the party as we go through this phase of the partys process towards the election of the flagbearer, he said.
