GLICO GROUP has once again set the standard for innovation and creativity on the Ghanaian Market. GLICO Life Insurance Company (GLICO LIFE) and GLICO General Insurance Company (GLICO GENERAL), subsidiaries of GLICO GROUP, have been conferred with Platinum and Gold Award respectively at the Ashanti Financial Services Excellence Awards. This was at the 11th edition of the Ashanti Financial Services Excellence Awards ceremony organized by Top Brass Ltd, under the auspices of the Manhyia Palace. The objective of the Ashanti Financial Services Excellence Awards Scheme is to recognize and honor financial organizations for their vital contribution to the development of Ashanti Region. This year�s event consequently evaluated and highlighted the performance and contributions of the financial companies in the Ashanti region and awarded them accordingly. The Head of Corporate Affairs & Marketing of GLICO GROUP, Nana Efua Rockson, dedicated the award to all the company�s clients for their firm trust in GLICO over the years; and to all staff for their hard work which has culminated in GLICO receiving two awards on the night. She further emphasized that �this award also authenticate the ability, originality, vision and dedication of all stakeholders of GLICO�. Ms. Rockson also expressed gratitude to the organizers of the awards ceremony for recognizing the efforts of GLICO GROUP and stated that, as a GROUP we will strife to achieve more for the communities we operate in. Clearly, the 11th Financial Excellence Awards is another feather in the cap of GLICO, showing its achievements and reputation in the insurance industry. It validates the claim that GLICO has become one of Ghana�s leading organizations of great repute and plays a pioneering role in the insurance and financial services industry, setting high standards of performance. Notably, this year�s Financial Excellence Service Awards ceremony came up in grand style. It was well organized and fully attended by the stakeholders, dignitaries and special guests.
