Peacefmonline.com can confirm that National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Paul Afoko, literally threw out Daily Guide's Charles Takyi Boadu from the party's Communication Office on Wednesday morning. His reason? Daily Guide has been attacking him. According to eye-witness account, Takyi Boadu, in the company of some party activists, was interacting with colleague journalists in the party's Communication Office when the National Chairman strolled in. After exchanging pleasantries with the gathering, Paul Afoko proceeded to ask the Daily Guide staff his presence in the party's communication office. Peacefmonline.com is reliably informed that after replying that he was there to cover a press conference to be addressed by the party leadership, the National Chairman unceremoniously then accused Daily Guide of persistent attacks on his person. A very surprised Takyi Boadu then sought to know from Paul Afoko what exactly he meant by the accusation. His reply seemed to have infuriated the NPP National Chair, who subsequently demanded that the Daily Guide be shown the exit; a directive which the security personnel present readily complied with.
