A 48-year-old catholic priest, Rev Fr Joseph Anderson Ennor, died on the spot when the car he was driving was involved in an accident on Ezinlibo Junction/Ezinlibo road near Tikobo Number 1. The deceased, who taught History, Religious Studies and Moral Education at AnnorAdjei Senior High School in the Jomoro District was returning to his station from a journey when the accident occurred. Jomoro District Police Commander, Superintendent of Police John Furguson Dzineku, told GNA that the deceased was negotiating a sharp curve on a steep hill when he lost control of his Toyota pick-up. The vehicle veered off the road and fell on its side. He said the deceased was taken to Half Assini Government Hospital but was pronounced dead shortly on arrival.
