Despite the massive thumbs up that swayed in the direction of newly-elected Presidential Candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for the 2016 General Elections, Nana Akufo-Addo for maintaining Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia as his running mate for the third time..., ...the decision seems to have received a colder reception in the corridors of the National Democratic Congress. On behalf of the NDC, Mr. Allotey Jacobs welcomed Nana Addo�s decision to represent the NPP in 2016 with a �losing team�. The aspiring Chairman for the NDC in the Central Region also downplayed any lethal potency of the duo (Nana and Bawumia); claiming that Nana�s decision to stick with Bawumia could simply be likened to �an old wine in an old bottle�. The Self-imposed political connoisseur bragged on Peace FM�s evening news about knowing how the frontrunners for the NPP �tasted� like during elections.
