A Communication Team Member of the opposition New Patriotic Party, Nana Boakye has dared the Managing Editor of the Al-Hajj Newspaper to publicly declare his political affiliation and his reason for sabotaging the NPP in recent time. According to him, Alhaji Bature is now fond of fabricating stories not only to smudge the NPP fraternity but to attack individuals within the party. The Al-Hajj Newspaper for the past few weeks has published what is described by the NPP as �cooked up� stories to attack the party�s presidential candidate, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo. Notable among the stories captioned, �Ghanaians preferred tall president than short ones�. Again, the paper hinted that the party is plotting to change its minority leader, Hon Kyei Mensah Bonus. In a heated discussion on Adom FM, Wednesday, the NPP communicator threatened to attack Bature verbally if he continues with his �evil thoughts�. He however dared Alhaji Bature to make public that his paper is an agenda conspired by the NDC. �We [NPP] have monitored Bature�s paper and we know his paymasters and the agenda behind. Alhaji Bature should let us know his political affiliation and stop pretending he is neutral. If he continues with this, we [NPP] will wash him well. What kind of behaviour is this?� he questioned furiously.
