Engage In Meaninful Ventures - Nana Odiakopa Acko Charges Youth of Mbroboto

Nana Odiakopa Acko, the Chief of Mbroboto in the Ekumfi District of the Central Region has called on the youth of the area to engage themselves in useful ventures that would go to better their lives and that of the communities from which they come. Speaking at this years Ayiriye Festival, Nana odiakopa Acko was of the view that the youth being the future of the Mbroboto and the nation by extension, it is imperative they equip themselves adequately with knowledge in order to be able to surmount the challenges of the futures. He also cited Hon. George Kuntu Blankson, the former Member of Parliament of the area, who had earlier served as the District Chief Executive of the area during the Rawlings Administration as one of the many natives whose foot steps are worthy of emulation. ...in everything we do as a people and people growing up, we must endeavour to speak the truth. Apart from following the dictates of our God, there are people on this earth we can always look up to and some of these people we have in our community. Hon. Kuntu Blankson is one of them. Though he is out of office now, his foot prints are everywhere for all to see. It was through his singular effort that we have a Senior Secondary school. He promised to tar our roads and the evidence is there for all to see. He also made good on his promise of providing potable drinking water before leaving office. This is what I want the youth to grow into becoming; truthful and disciplined people, he said. On his part, Hon. Kuntu Blankson admonished the youth to eschew social vices by concentrating their attention on education. On his word, one would have to be knowledgeable to make meaningful suggestions which can contribute to the development of the community or nation but to do this you will need education.
