Evergreen award-winning American artists, Lauryn Hill shared the stage with a host of Ghanaian acts to bring the 3-day �The AfroBeats Big Weekend Festival� to a successful end last Sunday, December 14, 2014 at the Independence Square in Accra. Performing several of her hit songs, Ms. Lauryn Hill mesmerized fans with her afro-soul and rap prowess, as well as her ever bright infectious smile. For more than one hour Ms. Hill who was performing for the first time in West Africa as a headline act, treated the crowd to her repertoire of Afrobeat music. Also performing on the night were Sarkodie, Efya, MzVee, Chase, Wanlov, Stonebwoy, and many more. �The AfroBeats Big Weekend Festival� is produced by BBnZ Live in collaboration with Accra Brewery Limited (ABL). This year�s Afrobeats Big Weekend Festival, kicked off on Friday with an exclusive VIP party followed by an actual Afrobeats party on Saturday, and on Sunday, a mellowed-down Acoustic event headlined by none other than the incomparable Ms. Lauryn Hill.
