There will be no speeches at tomorrow�s (Saturday) National Delegates� Congress of the ruling NDC, the incumbent general secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketia has stated. He added: �The addresses of Ministers of key ministries have also been taken out because there is no luxury of time�. �However, the various candidates will be introduced and their various numbers on the ballot paper will be mentioned�.
