Incumbent Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Dr. Kwabena Adjei has cautioned delegates at the ongoing National Delegates Congress against vote buying.
Even though campaigning has already ended, Dr Adjei used the opportunity given to him to address delegates to make a final appeal for delegates to vote for him.
