President John Dramani Mahama has urged NDC delegates assembled at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium to elect competent candidates to the position of National Executives Addressing delegates at the ongoing Congress in Kumasi, President Mahama advised the delegates to vote for executives with foresight and who can help the party regain power for the third time. The President also stated emphatically that he does not have favourites among the candidates vying for various positions in the party. He therefore pledged to amicably work with the any Executive that the delegates elect into party offices. Touching on the 2016 elections, President Mahama expressed confidence that the NDC will win the polls saying his optimism is premised on events that preceded the 2012 elections which saw him emerge victorious after few months of campaigning. �NDC is a party that delivers when it promises,� he added.
