Canadian Imprisoned For Causing Two Deaths When She Stopped Her Car To Rescue Ducks

A self-described animal lover has been sentenced to prison time for causing the deaths of two people when she stopped her car in the left lane of a busy Canadian highway to rescue a group of ducklings trying to cross the road. Emma Czornobaj, 25, was ordered to spend 90 days in jail and banned from driving for 10 years by a Montreal judge on Thursday.
