President of the Republic, his Excellency John Dramani Mahama has called on Ghanaians to rally their support behind the Black Stars ahead of the 2015 African Cup of Nations. The president has issued a staggering message soliciting for a massive support for the team in Equatorial Guinea. The ECOWAS Chairman has asked Ghanaians to overlook the team�s World Cup debacle in Brazil and ral support them to victory as they will be embarking on a crucial campaign in 10 days time. �I want every Ghanaian to forgive them [Black Stars] for what happened in Brazil, because I believe all the players and officials have learnt their lessons from what happened�. �As a country we only have one Black Stars so we should support them and I am confidently sure that the boys will give in their best in this particular tournament�. �So let us all rally behind them in Equatorial Guinea 2015�. The Black Stars who are currently in Spain preparing for the tournament will take on Dutch eredivisie side Cambuur in their second warm-up friendly having defeated Portuguese second-tier side SC Olhanense 3-0 in their first test game on Wednesday.
