Prez Mahama Is Lacking Human Resource...That's Why Portuphy And Anita Are Still At NADMO

National Youth Organizer of the Peoples National Convention (PNC) Abu Ramadan believes President Mahama led administration is suffering from a human resource deficit. According to him, President John Mahama has no men in his government to replace the newly elected NDC Chairman, Kofi Portuphy and one his of Vice Chairpersons, Anita De-Sosoo from the coordination positions of National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO). Speaking on Oman Fms Morning Show, Abu Ramadan insisted that the President lacks human resources, hence the reason for Kofi Portuphy and Anita De-Sosoo being at post. How come you have a party chairman who doubles as National Coordinator of NADMO and he is refusing to resign? I dont get this; Anita De-Sosoo, why is she also refusing to resign from NADMO? The governance of this country has been taken as child's play; but anyway, you cant blame the President too because he doesnt have the human resources. He has not got the men to give them the job; they dont have anybody again in NDC to handle any position in government..he cant employ outsiders because he said that if you dont share his vision, he wont give you a job, he asserted. He however challenged President Mahama to appoint the former National Organizer of NDC, Yaw Boateng Gyan as the National Coordinator of NADMO, believing that is the best way to end the confusion and the disunity in the ruling party as he [Yaw Boateng Gyan] was maltreated at the recently-held NDC National Congress in Kumasi. If the President was smart, as a leader, the way they maltreated Yaw Boateng Gyan and Asiedu Nketiah during the NDC National Congress last year which has created huge confusion and disunity in NDC, he would give the National Coordinator of NADMO position to him ?(Y.B Gyan) to bring peace in NDC. I challenged the President to give the job to Yaw Boateng Gyan and I know he wont because he doesnt like Yaw Boateng Gyan, he charged. He therefore said that he is prepared to join any crusade against the removal of Kofi Portuphy and Anita De-Sosoo from NADMO positions as their continuous stay in public office is against the Constitution; thus it is a recipe for conflict of interest.
