Former Member of Parliament (MP) for Ekumfi has charged members of the ruling National Democratic congress (NDC) to soldier on in propagating the policies and programs of the government to win the 2016 general elections. According to Hon. George Kuntu Blankson, the rank and file of the party must continue to publicize the good works of the Mahama led administration by explaining in simple language to the ordinary Ghanaian. �..we cannot relent on our effort to make our work known. We must soldier on to tell our own story to the ordinary Ghanaian who needs to know what the Mahama led government has done over the last two years and the policies and programs formulated to help wipe out poverty,� he said to members of the Party in the Sakumono Estates over the weekend. The former Parliamentarian also called on disenchanted followers of the �Umbrella Family� not to desert the only party that has the capabilities of bring transformation to Mother Ghana but continue to uphold the tenets of probity and accountability. �It is true that not all of you may have gotten what you want, giving what your contribution to the party but I can assure you that the reward is for those who are able to stand the test of time�. �Lets us work together as a single unite, united behind President Mahama to achieve victory in 2016 but eschewing complacency and bickering,� he warned.
