Veteran Sports Analyst, Karl Tuffuor has questioned Jordan Ayew�s quality as a world class striker, stating that he was shocked at the 23-year-old�s wastefulness in front of goal during the Black Stars 1-2 loss to Senegal at the ongoing Cup of Nations.
There have been calls for Ayew to be replaced by Accam or Mahatma Otoo in Friday�s game against Algeria after the Lorient attacker fluffed a header in the dying embers of the Group C opener that could have given Ghana a win last Monday.

�I am beginning to wonder whether Jordan (Ayew) is an international class player. Just before (Sow) scored the winning goal, Jordan had a scoring opportunity when he came face to face with the Senegal goalkeeper (Coundoul). Look at that header he missed from Jordan. If it were Asamoah Gyan, he would have scored,� Mr. Tuffuor told Happy FM.
The ex-Olympique Marseille forward, who is playing at his second AFCON tournament in Equatorial Guinea, has so far scored 5 goals in 13 appearances for the Black Stars since his debut in September 2010.
