The red carpet for the Grammy Awards in LA started on a dark note on Sunday evening.
Madonna stood out in a black Givenchy minidress that looked inspired by a matador's costume. The 56-year-old singer, who was with Diplo and Nas, also had on a black hat with a veil. Beyonce, Gwen Stefani and Miranda Lambert also chose noir for the big night.
But others - including Katy Perry, Ariana Grande, Kim Kardashian and Chrissy Teigen - opted for a brighter look.
