Sleeping with your make up on your face is probably one of the worst things that you can do to your skin.

Regardless of how tired you are after a long day at work or your educational institution, it is really important that you take off that layer of makeup before going to bed. And the negative effects multiply if you are using substandard cosmetics for your face and neck.
