A 22 year-old amputee has been arraigned before the Assin Fosu Magistrate Court in the Central region on the charge of stealing and sniffing a woman's panties.

The physically challenged man, known as Agbeshi Aboagye, is reported to have taken the panties off a drying line in a female hostel in the area but was caught by the owner’s neighbor who alerted the Assin Fosu Police.

The District Police Commander, ASP Kwabena Owusu Bempah who confirmed the incident to Adom News said the suspect confessed that he uses the panties to satisfy his sexual desire.

Patience Enti, the lady whose panties were stolen, expressed shock at the conduct of young man. She suspects Aboagye was going to use the panties for ritual purposes.
