Grant Invites Assifuah, Schlupp Others

Black Stars coach, Avram Grant, has added four new players to the squad that emerged runner-up at the 2015 AFCON in Equatorial Guinea for two friendlies in France later in the month.

They include Switzerland-based striker Ebenezer Assifuah, a potent goal scoring potential who emerged at the 2013 World U-20 has always been ignored by past handlers. Other new faces, Seidu Salifou who, features regularly for Club Africaine of Tunisia, Alfred Duncan (Inter Milan, Italy) were teammates of Assifuah at the World Cup with another striker, Bernard Mensah also named in the squad that will play the Eagles of Mali on  March 28 and the Terenga Lions of Senegal on March 31, all at the Stade Oceane du Le Havre.

Jeffrey Schlupp, who was dropped from the AFCON 2015 squad due to an injury, is back in the team.
