Restaurant offers Pacquiao Free Food For Life If He Beats Mayweather

Boxers Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. are stepping into the ring May 2 in Las Vegas, but the fight appears to be less about glory and ego, and more about who will eat better once finished.

Last week, Mayweather Jr. revealed that he wants his post-bout meal cooked by none other than shouty chef Gordon Ramsay (who he hopes to potentially open a restaurant with one day).

Now, according to TMZ, one of Pacquiao’s favorite Filipino restaurants has offered to give him free food for life if he wins. Gerry’s Grill in Artesia, Calif. promises to keep Pacquiao “rolling in Chicken Adobo until the day he dies.”

The restaurant owners even go so far as to promise that he can eat as many meals there as he likes per day with “no menu restrictions.”

There are some stipulations, however: Most importantly, he must win the match. Second, he cannot feed his entourage of family and friends that is typically “50 deep.” Finally, Pacquiao must dine-in and cannot order take-out.

While Pacquiao may load up on Chicken Adobo, Mayweather Jr. has his eyes set on a post-match meal of chicken wings, a burger, and cheesecake. Whichever way the match goes, the boxers’ stomachs appear to be the real winners.
