A joint operation between Tema and Dodowa Police has led to the arrest of six suspects for attacking Police officers at Dodowa Police station on Tuesday.
The Police were providing security for Accra High Court bailiffs to execute an order at Dodowa when they were attacked.
Dodowa District Police Commander, Superintendent Kwasi Ofori told Adom News the attackers also peddled the police and bailiffs with stones, damaged a Police vehicle and set a bulldozer ablaze.
He however cannot confirm whether the youth were from Dodowa.
Superintendent Kwasi Ofori also says the Police are searching for two main suspects who mobilized the youth to attack the Police.
He has therefore cautioning the youth against being lured into violence.
