In a congratulatory message he addressed to Cameron Friday and issued by the Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration Ministry, President Mahama noted: "Your re-election to a second term demonstrates the confidence that the British people have in your leadership. It is my hope that during your new term in office, we shall continue to work together towards the strengthening of the existing bonds of friendly relations between our two nations, while sustaining the mutually beneficial partnerships between our two countries and peoples.

 

"Please accept, Rt. Hon. Prime Minister, my very best wishes for the personal well-being, a successful tenure, peace and continued prosperity of the British people," the statement said.
