Special aide to NPP’s General Secretary, Davis Opoku also known ‘OPK’ has revealed that his superior's aim is to witness the party’s flagbearer, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo as president of Ghana come 2016.

According to him, the NPP’s chief scribe, Kwabena Agyepong is never against Nana Addo’s candidature as president as purported.

Speaking on OKAY FM’s "Ade Akye Abia" morning show, Opoku Davis described as unfortunate latest happenings in the party which his boss [Kwabena Agyepong] has been tagged as the wrongdoer.

Commenting on Kwabena Agyepong’s hoax resignation letter which went viral a night ago, OPK is very optimistic that some individuals within the NPP are behind it but refused to mention names.

“We have assembled some top IT [Information technology] experts to investigate the matter. Kwabena Agyepong will never leave his post.

Until he has accomplished his vision, thus to see Nana Addo as president, he will not resign,” he told OKAY FM's morning show host, Kwame Nkrumah.
