Some persons whom Daily Post has been talking to are sure that the man suspected to have thrown the acid on the late Adams Mahama leading to his death has crossed over into Burkina Faso.

Asabke Alangdi is believed to have crossed the border into Burkina Faso soon after his heinous act. They confirmed that Alangdi was a staunch NPP supporter.

As readers will recall, two days after the murder of Adams Mahama by people who threw acid on him, the police went to Alangdi’s house where they discovered a container in which acid had been kept. The suspect himself, by then had run away leaving his wife and daughter behind.

The wife also later abandoned their baby and ran away out of fear. The abandoned baby was discovered by the police who took her to a foster home.

The late Adams Mahama is reported to have mentioned the name of Alangdi as one of the people who threw the acid on him.
