Pratt Backs AFAG Demonstration

The Managing Editor of the Insight Newspaper, Mr Kwesi Pratt who is also a leading member for the CJA, has declared his total support for todays demonstration by the Alliance for Accountable Governance (AFAG) with the theme: Atta Adaada Yen. Mr Pratt who declared his support on Peace FMs Morning Show, Kokrokoo said, he supported AFAG because its their right to demonstrate against the government if they think that things are not going on as well as they expected. According to him, although he is not part of them he could see that, they are concerned about certain developments in the country. The AFAG had earlier told Peace FM, that some fishermen were joining them today to demonstrate peacefully against the NDC government, for bad leadership which had led to high prices, fuel shortage, high school fees, and unemployment. Also, in reaction to todays Daily Graphic report that the NDC government had reversed the Senior High School duration from four to three years, Mr Pratt declared his support for the Mills administrations educational policies, saying I support the idea because the reason that the 4-year period is more expensive and there are not enough facilities. He added that, the Government did the right thing by reversing it, because that is what they stated in their manifesto.
