Miss Francisca Oteng-Mensah, a 22-year-old second year student of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology will be the youngest Member of Parliament if she wins in 2016.
Miss Oteng-Mensah won the New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary primary in the Kwabre East Constituency in the Ashanti Region, defeating the incumbent Kofi Frempong.
She won by 321 votes while the incumbent polled 187.
