Volunteers for Nduom Intensify Campaign

Volunteers for Nduom, a youth wing of the Progressive People’s Party (PPP), have intensified their campaign to win the parliamentary seat of the Talensi constituency for the PPP.

They have so far visited five communities, which included Dusi, Yinduri, Wakii,Yameriga and Tongo-Beon to interact with the youth as part of initiatives to annex the seat for the PPP.

A member of the campaign team of Volunteers for Nduom in the Upper East Region, Mr Emmanuel Nsobila, said the PPP was the only political force that had the right policies to make Ghana prosperous and added that Dr Nduom was the only Ghanaian whose political, social and business achievements outweighed those of the sitting President.

He said both the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the New Patriotic Party (NPP) had failed to improve the living conditions of the people and Ghanaians would continue to suffer if they maintained the NDC government.

He said the PPP had the capability to bring about massive development, economic transformation and total utilisation of the untapped resources of the country.

The Zonal Coordinator of the Volunteers for Nduom in charge of the three northern regions, Mr Mubarak Abuakar (aka MP), said the PPP was the best and only alternative to the NDC and NPP and since both had failed Ghanaians, it was time to vote for the PPP.

He called on the youth of Talensi to support the PPP to win the Talensi parliamentary seat in the July 7 by-election in order to attract massive investment and development to that constituency, adding that Dr Nduom and the PPP had a track record in that direction.
"Dr Nduom, as a businessman, has created jobs for over 3,000 people and you can imagine what will happen if he becomes the President," he said.

Speaking on behalf of the youth of Tongo, Mr Fiagbe Patrick gave assurance of the support of the youth of Tongo to win the parliamentary seat in the by- election for the PPP".
