A GMC Savana Van with registration number GB 506 – 12 carrying journalists was on Thursday afteroon involved in a fatal accident at the Doryumu junction in the Shai Hills area in Greater Accra which left one journalist dead.
The vehicle which was conveying journalists assigned to the presidency from an official assignment, veered off the road after bursting its left rear tyre.
Two reporters from the Peace FM and Utv were aboard when the unfortunate incident happened.
Victims of the tragic accident have currently been rushed to the 37 Military hospital for treatment.
